Overview

Digital technology, now more than ever, represents an opportunity to be increasingly effective: from press conferences to live streaming, from press releases to chats, from queues at offices to digital URPs (public service offices) from home, from in-person medical visits to virtual ones in the metaverse.

Objectives

The training course “Social Media, AI, and the Metaverse for Public Administration” provides the skills necessary to manage digital communication in an effective and professional way.

The 19 lessons cover:

• The use of social networks in public administration;
• Digital communication strategy;
• Organization and professionalism in managing communication on social networks;
• The use of WhatsApp and institutional chats in citizen communication;
• The evolution of the most widely used social platforms and their future trends;
• Artificial Intelligence and ChatGPT and their application in digital public communication;
• The Metaverse and its interaction with public administration for citizens;
• Privacy and data management in digital communication.
