MyUniMarconi Platform

MyUniMarconi is the reserved area of Guglielmo Marconi University, accessible via username and password issued immediately after registration.

The credentials allow students to complete enrollment and, once enrolled, to access teaching activities and the University’s administrative services, monitor academic progress, and interact with support services.

The platform is organized into several sections, each dedicated to specific activities of the academic journey.

Training Area

This is the section dedicated to teaching activities.
From here, students can access content and services related to their studies, including:

  • teaching materials and supplementary resources;
  • Virtual Classroom;
  • progress reports on the educational pathway;
  • communication tools with the Tutor;
  • contacts with the Lecturer;
  • technical support requests;
  • notices and teaching-related communications from the Lecturer.
  • Video Lectures

    The video lectures are produced by the instructors and are available in asynchronous mode, without constraints of place or time, through the learning platform. The content is presented in multimedia format and may include slides, dynamic presentations, simulations, and exercises, in order to promote an effective and progressive understanding of the course material.
    The video lectures are accompanied, in addition to appropriate bibliographic references for study, by supporting and supplementary materials.

    Different courses may be associated with virtual laboratories, simulations, multimedia case studies, serious games, and interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary learning paths. These activities allow students to put the theoretical knowledge they have acquired into practice, both in individual study and self-assessment sessions and in group work, under the supervision of the instructor or tutor, who always provides appropriate formative feedback.

    The video lectures are also supplemented by self-assessment tests, which provide students with immediate formative feedback.

    Virtual Classroom

    The virtual classroom is the digital environment in which synchronous videoconference meetings take place, fostering direct interaction between Lecturer and students.
    Virtual classrooms are intended to provide clarification and further exploration of course content.

    Structured individual or collaborative activities (e-tivities), designed by the Lecturer, may also be provided and require active student participation. These activities allow for a more comprehensive assessment of learning and include formative feedback provided by the Lecturer.

  • Subject Tutor
    The Subject Tutor is a central figure in supporting learning processes and plays an ongoing liaison role between the lecturer and students, helping to ensure continuity and effectiveness in the educational pathway. Their work is aimed at facilitating and optimizing learning, supporting the student throughout the entire course.

    The Subject Tutor’s activity may take the form of both individual interactions, addressed to a single student, and group interactions, addressed to the class or groups of students, always within the framework defined by the university’s teaching model.

    Reference Tutor and Study Motivation Support Office
    Subject Tutors also act as reference tutors, taking an active role in monitoring and supporting students who are experiencing difficulties. In particular, they report to the Study Support and Motivation Office those students who do not access the platform or do not take exams.

    The Office then intervenes with direct contact aimed at identifying issues and guiding the student toward the most appropriate solutions, activating, where necessary, specific support services of an academic, administrative, or psychological nature.

    Programme Tutor
    Degree Programme Tutors work to improve the quality of both teaching and administrative activities related to the programme. In particular, they provide assistance with administrative procedures, support the welcome and integration of new students, and monitor students’ progress throughout their studies.

    Technical Tutor
    For any technical difficulties in accessing the platform or using learning materials, students can contact the technical support service, which provides assistance via messaging, phone, or email, supporting the student until the issue is resolved.
