Overview
The professional training course to become a Safety Manager aims to analyze the key principles established by Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008, both with regard to the obligations attributable to the main actors involved in workplace safety and to the technical and organizational requirements necessary to ensure an effective and efficient health and safety management system within companies.
The course is intended for private individuals, managers, and professionals operating in the sector who are interested in the technical, legal, and organizational aspects of corporate safety.
During the training program, the methodologies for implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems pursuant to Article 30 of Legislative Decree 81/08, as amended, will be examined in depth. Participants will also be provided with strategic tools and information on how to prepare risk assessment documents, emergency and evacuation plans, and the main mandatory documents required by law.
Objectives
The professional training course in Security Management aims to develop professionals with the skills needed to meet the concrete safety-related needs and responsibilities of public and private organizations.
Professionals specialized in Security Management will therefore be able to:
- analyze national and European regulations on workplace health and safety;
- present the safety organizational chart and explain the role of supervisors and managers in corporate safety;
- understand the relevant labor law regulations;
- identify the main hazards and risks associated with work activities;
- understand compliance requirements related to workplace safety;
- draft risk assessment documents and the main mandatory safety documentation.
