For Companies and Independent Professionals: Continuing Education Course for the Maintenance of Registration in the Register pursuant to Article 356 of the CCII

Defined by the General Guidelines drawn up by the Higher School of the Judiciary.

Overview

The course provides an overview of the legal frameworks of the Code of Corporate Crisis and Insolvency, as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree No. 136 of 13 September 2024. It is structured in accordance with the provisions of Article 356, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 14 of 12 January 2019, for the biennial professional updating of those registered in the register referred to in Article 356 of Legislative Decree No. 14 of 12 January 2019, for the purpose of maintaining such registration.

Objectives

The course program has been developed in compliance with the General Guidelines for the definition of training programs issued by the Higher School of the Judiciary, updated on 1 February 2023, and takes into account the new provisions introduced by Legislative Decree No. 136 of 13 September 2024, entitled “Supplementary and corrective provisions to the Code of Corporate Crisis and Insolvency set out in Legislative Decree No. 14 of 12 January 2019”, published in the Official Gazette – General Series No. 227 of 27 September 2024 and entered into force on 28 September 2024.

Target Audience

The course is intended for Lawyers and Chartered Accountants.

Course accredited by the National Bar Council (Consiglio Nazionale Forense) with 15 credits.
