The Advanced Training Course – 200 hours for Judicial Administrator is a specialist program designed in compliance with art. 4 of Ministerial Decree 24 September 2013, no. 160, aimed at enrollment in the Register of Judicial Administrators – Experts Section. The program provides a systematic in-depth study of asset prevention measures, the management of seized and confiscated assets and companies, the duties of the judicial administrator, and business continuity issues, with a practical and operational approach.

The program includes 200 hours of structured training, attendance tracking, and a final assessment test, ensuring high-quality standards and full compliance with current regulatory requirements.

Objectives

The Advanced Training Course – 200 hours for Judicial Administrator, designed in compliance with art. 4 of Ministerial Decree 24 September 2013, no. 160, aims to provide professionals with the legal, economic-business, and operational skills necessary to perform the role of Judicial Administrator and to enroll in the Register – Experts Section.

The program seeks to develop concrete skills in managing seized and confiscated assets and companies, liaising with the Judicial Authority, and implementing business continuity and restructuring strategies, in full compliance with current legislation.

Target Audience

Lawyers and Accountants registered with their professional association for at least 3 years.

Accreditation requested from the National Bar Council.

Course fee: €2,500.00
Enrollment by June 20, 2026: €2,200.00
Enrollment by June 20, 2026 for former participants: €1,900.00

Installment payment available, with final balance due by June 20, 2026

Fully online course, delivered live (synchronous mode) on the Unimarconi digital platform.

Webcam required to be on for the entire duration of lessons.

Pass mark: at least 45 correct answers

Qualification Awarded

Issuance of a Certificate of Attendance and Achievement valid for enrollment in the Register of Judicial Administrators – Experts Section, pursuant to art. 4 of Ministerial Decree 160/2013.
