Training Courses The New Public Procurement Code

This course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the new Contracts Code, which came into force on April 1, 2023, with Legislative Decree No. 36 of March 31, 2023, and was issued in implementation of Article 1 of Law No. 78 of June 21, 2022, which delegates public procurement to the Government.

We will explore contractor selection procedures, award criteria, and tender requirements.
