Call MASE “Mission Innovation 2.0” Flexibility and Energy Storage
The STAR-GRID project aims to develop a modular, containerized stationary energy storage system with a capacity of approximately 6 MWh, based on second-life batteries sourced from the automotive sector. The system will be suitable for operation in both grid-tied and off-grid modes, integrating with existing infrastructure to provide grid support services and to facilitate the integration of renewable energy.
