Objectives
The Program aims to train a professional in motor and sports activities with methodological knowledge and skills designed to independently plan and conduct training and physical education programs, both individual and group-based.

The program, which is delivered mainly online with open access, aims to train professionals in the fields of sport and fitness. It provides solid scientific, technical, and methodological foundations to operate in various areas of the productive system, in both the profit and non-profit sectors.

The cultural focus of the program is primarily on person-centered services: improving well-being, protecting health, and promoting physical and sports activity in educational, recreational, and competitive settings. Topics related to social integration and inclusion are also addressed, in both public and private facilities and across various social contexts. Programs are tailored according to gender, age, physical condition, and other characteristics of the participants.

During the program, students will acquire fundamental knowledge of the biological and physiological aspects of physical exercise and human movement, as well as the psycho-pedagogical and social foundations of physical and sports education. They will also learn about the legal and economic aspects related to this sector. The main teaching methodologies, training techniques, and functional assessment methods will be taught, enabling students to plan, conduct, and manage physical and sports activities.

Online learning is integrated with in-person practical activities amounting to at least 25 ECTS credits, which will take place in partner facilities. These facilities will be suitable in terms of size and technical characteristics, ensuring an effective and safe practical experience, also in relation to the number of students.

The program is delivered in Italian language; for further information, please contact admissions@unimarconi.com
