SKILL-UP

The project aims to develop the digital soft skills of women and men on the margins of the labor market (unemployed and inactive individuals aged between 34 and 50) located in the Puglia region, with the goal of providing better opportunities and conditions for entering and remaining in the workforce. The project includes the following activities: the creation and delivery of a training course and a specific curriculum focused on developing digital soft skills, including theoretical lessons, practical activities, and coaching; the creation and delivery of specific workshops on online job searching; virtual job interview simulations to allow participants to practice their communication and presentation skills in a realistic environment; and the promotion of the project to potential beneficiaries and stakeholders.
