Training Courses Prevention and Protection Service Officers (ASPP)

Legislative Decree 81/08 (Art. 32) requires mandatory updates every five years for officers within a company’s Prevention and Protection Service. The course is essential to enhance professional skills in line with evolving regulations and new decrees regarding workplace safety and health.

Overview

The ASPP course is aimed at staff members appointed as Assistants of the Company Prevention and Protection Service.

Course Program and Learning Objectives

The refresher course for Assistants of the Prevention and Protection Service (ASPP) is structured around a training program designed to address topics such as:

• legal and regulatory aspects, as well as technical and organizational issues;
• communication techniques aimed at informing and training workers on the promotion of health and safety in the workplace;
• sources of risks specific to the work activity or the production sector in which the role is performed.

The term “specific risks” refers to:

• risks associated with specific types of employment contracts through which work activities are carried out.
• situations involving groups of workers exposed to particular risks;
• work-related stress;
• risk situations concerning pregnant workers;
• risks linked to gender differences, age, and origin from other countries;
• risks associated with specific types of employment contracts through which work activities are carried out.
