Single-Cycle Master’s Degrees Law LMG-01

Objectives

The five-year Master’s Degree in Law (LMG-01) is designed to train professionals capable of understanding, analyzing, interpreting, and applying national, European, and international legal standards. It provides access to traditional legal professions (lawyers, notaries, and magistrates), as well as positions of high responsibility in various fields of social, socioeconomic, and political activity.

The various curricula offered allow for specialization in different areas, catering to students’ interests and aptitudes.

The educational objectives of the Master’s Degree in Law (LMG-01) are:

• to enable students to acquire a full mastery of legal standards, their ability to analyze, and combine them;
• to enable students to develop, in both written and oral form, appropriate lines of reasoning and argumentation for the correct formulation of general and specific legal issues, cases, and specific facts;
• to enable students to acquire levels of knowledge adequate for higher legal education, essential for entry into the legal professions and the judiciary (attorneys and solicitors, notaries, magistrates).
