Internal Communication

The University adopts a structured and coordinated internal communication system aimed at ensuring consistency, clarity, timeliness, and traceability of information flows, in line with organizational needs and the institutional missions of the University.

The internal communication system is divided into three main areas, differentiated by responsibilities, target audiences, and communication purposes:

Institutional and Strategic Communication

Oversight: Rector and General Directorate
Recipients: academic staff and technical-administrative staff

Organizational and Managerial Communication

Oversight: Administrative and Human Resources Directorate
Recipients: academic staff and technical-administrative staff

Comunicazione informativa e istituzionale

Oversight: Communication Area
Recipients: academic community (students, academic staff, and technical-administrative staff).

Communication Channels

Communication channels are identified according to the type of recipients and the purposes of the communication, in order to ensure effectiveness, accessibility, and consistency in the dissemination of information.

Main channels used:
