Microcredentials Integrated Well-being

Qualification
Open Badge
Credits (ECTS)
4

The growing focus on a healthy lifestyle has made physical health and quality of life increasingly central in daily life. Sports and a balanced diet have always been considered fundamental tools for maintaining good physical condition, but today there is recognition of the importance of a more holistic approach, which also includes improving relationships and daily habits. However, many people often lack the tools and knowledge needed to effectively and consistently promote the overall health of those around them, whether they are children, students, athletes, or patients.

Objectives

The project aims to provide complementary knowledge to those who live, teach, or work with a variety of profiles (students, athletes, patients, children) and contexts (family, school, sports organizations, healthcare), promoting the concept of “integrated well-being”, which combines movement, nutrition, health, and education.

Target Audience

  1. School teachers (early childhood, primary, and secondary)
  2. Sports operators, associations, and sports promotion bodies
  3. Healthcare professionals working in take-care roles
  4. Parents
  5. Students

The program is delivered in Italian language; for further information, please contact futurostudente@unimarconi.it
