Overview
This course offers training on individual dismissals. It provides the tools to understand the reasons that can justify an employee’s immediate dismissal, the corporate reasons that can justify dismissal with notice, and how to regulate this matter in certain specific cases, such as probationary periods, illness, poor employee performance, or termination of employment with a disabled employee.
Finally, it provides knowledge of the scope of protections in the event of unfair dismissals and the procedural rules for appeals or judgments.
