Europe must be prepared for the necessary change in the energy sector planned for the coming years and for the key role that the use of renewable sources such as hydrogen plays in the energy sector. The fuel cell industry offers a growth potential of up to 500,000 direct jobs in 2020 within the EU. These workers will need to be specifically qualified for the development, implementation and diffusion of these technologies.
The Hy2Green project aims to: a) identify the market niches with the greatest potential for implementation and determine the most requested profiles; b) identify the technical knowledge and skills required for these profiles and the innovative training methodologies to be implemented in the programme; c) design an innovative training programme for these profiles, aimed at promoting employment, efficiency and accessibility.
