Overview
The course aims to foster understanding and deepen the understanding of the dynamics and influences of law in the contemporary constitutional system.
It aims to provide a key to understanding current legal institutions and rights through the historical process, highlighting how contemporary positive law is the product of Western legal experience.
The course aims to ensure knowledge of the organization of the state, constitutional justice, and fundamental rights and freedoms, and therefore of all the institutions and rules on which the contemporary liberal-democratic state is based. It explores in depth the constitutional relationships inherent in the parliamentary form of government, taking into consideration the transformations that have impacted the legal dynamics that have developed between constitutional bodies in recent decades.
