The Tax Judiciary Course prepares candidates for the new tax judiciary competition introduced by the 2022 reform, providing targeted theoretical and practical training. The program covers substantive, procedural, international, and EU tax law, along with related subjects such as civil and commercial law, with a method focused on drafting rulings and solving practical cases.
This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the new Public Contracts Code, which came into effect on April 1, 2023 (Legislative Decree March 31, 2023, No. 36). It was issued pursuant to Article 1 of Law No. 78 of June 21, 2022, concerning the government’s delegation on public contracts.
The course “The PNRR in a Nutshell” offers an opportunity to develop skills in the private sector (companies benefiting from or implementing measures) and in Public Administration, with particular but not exclusive reference to staff of Program-Holding Entities and Implementing Bodies.
