Transfer application deadlines: all year round.
Who it is for:
students already enrolled in a university degree program at another university who wish to enroll at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi.
Interested students must go to the registrar’s office of their university of origin and submit, within the deadlines and procedures established by that institution, a transfer application to the degree program activated at Università degli Studi “Guglielmo Marconi and chosen by them.
The university of origin must send the documentation to congedi@pecunimarconi.it
Procedure:
Interested students must first submit a request for preliminary evaluation of CFUs (credits) by following the steps below.
Online pre-evaluation request process
- To begin, you must register on “My Unimarconi”.
- Access the “MENU” section, then “Evaluation CFU”.
- Complete the CFU Form / Preliminary Evaluation Request by selecting “Transfer Assessment Request” (if requesting a transfer) and enter the exams individually.
To enroll in a Degree Program with transfer from another university, it is necessary to:
- Register
- Wait for communication from the relevant registrar’s office confirming receipt of the transfer/withdrawal documentation
After the relevant registrar’s office has received the transfer document (withdrawal form) from the university of origin and the complete student documentation, the student can be definitively enrolled and view the resolution adopted by the competent Academic Bodies regarding the recognized exams and the year of enrollment
The student may take the first exam only after the complete documentation has been received by the Academic Office.
