The course will provide skills and tools to effectively manage public administration websites, both in the front-end accessible to the public and the back-end used by PA staff. Possible KPIs include: Increased functionality of managed websites,Improved service levels, Higher user satisfaction with the websites, Reduced requests for explanations and technical support when navigating the websites, Greater satisfaction and productivity among staff involved in website back-end management.
