Objectives

The primary objective of the first-level Master in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics is to provide students with an in-depth understanding of key cybersecurity concepts, emerging threats, and best practices for preventing and managing cyberattacks. Students will learn to:

  • Understand and apply national and international regulations and policies related to cybersecurity;
  • Analyze and assess threats, vulnerabilities, and risks associated with information systems;
  • Design and implement security measures to protect critical infrastructures and networks;
  • Understand and apply cryptography principles to secure data and communications;
  • Use cyber forensics tools and techniques to investigate cybersecurity incidents;
  • Evaluate the impact of cybersecurity across various sectors, such as industry, healthcare, and transportation.

Through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical exercises, and real-world case studies, students will acquire both practical and theoretical skills that prepare them to become qualified professionals in the field of cybersecurity. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to identify and address cyber threats, design and implement effective security systems, and contribute to the creation of a safer digital environment for all.
