Overview
Participation in the training course, as set out in the guidelines of the Higher School of the Judiciary published on 7 April 2023, allows participants to fulfill the training obligations required by Article 179-ter of the implementing provisions of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure (disp. att. c.p.c.) for registration in the list of professionals authorized to conduct sale operations, subject to successfully passing the final examination.
One hundred and twenty minutes are allocated for the final examination. The test is considered passed by correctly answering at least thirty-five out of the fifty questions drawn from a pool of four hundred and fifty questions prepared jointly by the National Bar Council, the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, and the National Council of Notaries, and published—together with the answers—on their respective institutional websites.
Objectives
The training course aims to provide the skills necessary to meet the training requirements set out in Article 179-ter of the implementing provisions of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, for registration in the list of professionals authorized to conduct sale operations.
Participants will deepen their understanding of the current legislation and the guidelines of the Higher School of the Judiciary, preparing for the final examination. Through simulations and practical case studies, they will develop practical skills and problem-solving abilities. The course will also emphasize professional ethics and encourage networking among professionals, promoting continuous professional development. Overall, the course seeks to train competent and responsible professionals in the field.
