The main objective of the ACADEMICA project, coordinated by Burgas Free University, is to share the experience and innovative learning methods developed in Europe with some Central Asian countries, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, which need and require the renewal of the university curriculum and teaching methodologies in engineering sciences.
The innovative character is highlighted by the introduction of a new methodology, essentially based on ICT, and by the development of a system of transnational cooperation between universities and business organizations, strengthening continuous innovation between research and business, between education and the labor market.
