General training on worker safety

(Mandatory for those who wish to start an internship)

General safety training course, pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 (Consolidated Act on the protection of health and safety in the workplace), art. 37, paragraph 1, letter a), and the Agreement of 21 December 2011 of the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, Regions and Autonomous Provinces regarding mandatory worker training on workplace safety.

Target audience

The course is free of charge and is intended for all university students who wish to undertake an internship period at public or private institutions or companies.

Learning objectives

to provide university employees and equivalent subjects with training on safety, as required by art. 37, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 81/08, in accordance with the Agreement of 21 December 2011 of the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, Regions and Autonomous Provinces

General program with the following minimum contents

  1. regulatory framework;
  2. concept of risk;
  3. damage;
  4. prevention;
  5. protection;
  6. organization of company prevention;
  7. rights, duties and sanctions for the various company roles;
  8. supervisory, control and assistance bodies.

Course structure

The course consists of 8 topics (one for each content of the Agreement), each lasting approximately 30 minutes, divided into 15-minute units. For each topic, the following are provided:

  • the lesson;
  • self-learning test

Each topic is covered through a video lesson and includes a final self-assessment test.

Learning assessment methods

For the course to be valid, each participant must complete at least 4 hours of total training and pass the ongoing assessment tests in each of the 8 lessons. Evidence of participation and passing of the ongoing tests must be recorded through the tracking methods of the MyUnimarconi platform. Upon passing the final test, based on some of the questions presented during the course, a certificate of the General Training Course on Workers’ Health and Safety will be issued.
