The EPBE project, coordinated by UDIMA – Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, aims to promote the development of an online personal brand and the use of Web 4.0 techniques for job searching. Personal branding refers to marketing strategies for promoting oneself in the job market. The use of personal branding is strengthened by the increasing use of social media and Web 4.0 (online websites and personal profiles on social media).

Through the main outcomes of the project (guidelines for schools on Personal Branding and Job Hunting 4.0, the online course “Personal Branding,” the online course “Job Hunting 4.0” (MOOC), the methodological manual on distance learning for Personal Branding and online Job Hunting), EPBE enhances the digital skills necessary to find employment that matches one’s qualifications, thereby facilitating access to the job market. Additionally, EPBE aims to improve access to learning through a pedagogical approach focused on Open Educational Resources (OER).
