The Digital Communication Technician is a professional figure who designs, develops, manages, and coordinates targeted communication activities based on identified business needs. Their responsibilities include planning and developing content, publishing online, managing social media marketing and advertising activities, and maintaining websites.

The course, aimed at young unemployed individuals, has a total duration of 500 hours, including classroom lectures for teaching technical-professional and basic skills, laboratory activities, and a final internship. The second edition of the course (2021) was also funded.
