Overview

The course is designed to meet the needs of institutions and the judiciary for qualified professionals capable of addressing, with legal and business expertise, the challenges posed by new tools to combat economic and organized crime, particularly in the management and allocation of seized and confiscated assets.

The program provides general training on the legal types of seizures, the management of seized assets, and relations with the A.N.B.S.C. (National Agency for Seized and Confiscated Assets). Classes include animated slide presentations, and participants will receive all lesson attachments.

Target Audience

The course is intended for Lawyers and Accountants.

Pending accreditation from the National Bar Council (Consiglio Nazionale Forense).

Admission Requirements

Candidates must be registered in their professional register for at least 5 years.
