Training Courses Family Law: Principles and Reform Perspectives

Overview

The Family Law course aims to provide:

• An analysis of the pathologies and vulnerabilities of the family, from the invalidity of legal bonds to domestic violence, and even intra-family damage.
• An overview of legislation that has recently been increasingly subject to reform and judicial interpretation.
• A concrete overview for lawyers and anyone wishing to offer advice or protect family members, enabling them to propose solutions that take into account all the interests at stake and all possible legal consequences.

Objectives

• To provide a practical and operational tool to those already working in this field (lawyers, psychologists, social workers, magistrates) to provide more effective advice or initiate more targeted protection measures.
• To offer a useful tool for students or anyone wishing to expand their knowledge and skills and specialize.
