Training Courses Legislation in Public Administration

This training/continuing education course is intended to provide valuable support and a tool for gaining an in-depth understanding of the most recent and relevant legislative issues affecting public administrations, taking into account the current reform process that has indirectly impacted them through new regulatory principles, including those emanating from the EU.

Objectives

The course aims to provide practical and up-to-date tools for understanding and applying current legislation in public administration, with particular attention to recent reforms and European principles.

Participants will acquire legal and organizational skills useful for operating with greater awareness and effectiveness in administrative procedures, personnel management, and contractual relationships. The teaching approach is designed to promote practical learning and direct interaction with industry experts.

Target audience

Administrators and members of municipal councils, officials, managers, and employees of public administration, local police officers and members, technical, logistical, and administrative staff of local authorities, graduates and undergraduates of humanities faculties who wish to deepen their knowledge of legal concepts and research methods useful for understanding the complex functioning of the Italian administrative system.
