First-Level Master Employment Services and Active Labor Market Policies

The program aims to train professionals with expertise in the management and implementation of active labor market policies aimed at promoting job placement and re-entry. Specifically, the professional profile is capable of:

• analyzing labor market dynamics;
• designing and coordinating basic and specialized orientation activities and preparing skills assessments;
• monitoring activities to support the placement of users in the labor market;
• developing the process of matching labor supply and demand;
• identifying, validating, and certifying professional skills;
• supporting social inclusion processes and related job placement;
• collaborating with businesses and relevant social/economic stakeholders.

Participants will be able to operate effectively within complex projects, integrating technical, economic, and legal knowledge related to active labor market policies, and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by public funding and the market.
