Public Administration digitalization process: PNRR and the IT plan (2022)

The course provides an in-depth examination of the digitalization process in Public Administration (PA), aiming to enhance the skills of those who must navigate new methods for organizing and executing administrative activities. Specific focus is given to the latest regulatory framework, which is highly complex as it combines primary legislation with new sources, such as the AGID guidelines, as well as strategic documents—particularly the PNRR, which allocates 27% of its resources to the digital transition. This reflects the understanding that only by catching up on delays in the digitalization of public services and citizens’ digital skills can the country strengthen its efficiency and competitiveness.
