- First semester or full academic year: 31st of May
- Second semester: 31st of October
Application
- First semester or full academic year: 30th of June
- Second semester: 30th of November
Application: Learning Agreement for Studies
Before their arrival, students should submit the Learning Agreement for studies, signed by the 3 parties: student, sending institution and receiving institution’s coordinator.
We accept both the formats:

- Online form (OLA), available on https://learning-agreement.eu/

Academic calendar
Erasmus students welcome: September (fall semester); February (spring semester)
Exams are held every 2 months, there is no final term at the end of each semester. Students can book their exams, whose scheduling is published in their personal online portal MyUnimarconi
Final documents
At the end of the mobility students are issued the Certificate of Attendance and the Transcript of Records.
