Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi participates annually in the Erasmus+ Programme with the objective of fostering the internationalization of its academic offer and strengthening cooperation through agreements and partnerships with Universities across both EU and non-EU countries.
For the 2021-2027 programming period, the University successfully renewed its Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), a fundamental prerequisite for participation in mobility initiatives aimed at promoting learning oppportunities and institutional cooperation for innovation within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
Participation in the E+ Programme provides UniMarconi students with valuable opportunities to study, undertake traineeships, or gain professional experience abroad. These experiences contribute significantly to the enrichment of students’ academic pathways while enhancing their intercultural competencies and future career prospects in an increasingly globalized labor market.
The Programme enables regularly enrolled students to spend a study period at a partner University under existing Bilateral Agreements, either to attend courses or to conduct research related to their final thesis. During their mobility period, students benefit from financial support and receive full academic recognition for the activities successfully completed abroad.
Erasmus+ staff – Mobility for academic staff
This concerns the mobility of administrative and academic staff to attend training programs abroad, seminars, workshops (staff mobility for training), or to carry out teaching activities at foreign universities (staff mobility for teaching).
Erasmus+ Internship – Erasmus Traineeship
The Program offers students and graduates the opportunity to complete internships for a maximum period of 12 months at institutions, organizations, companies, or universities located abroad. The Erasmus-supported internship period can also be completed within 12 months after graduation, provided the application is submitted at least one month before the end of studies.
