With the aim of strengthening the Corporate Medical Affairs team they are recruiting a

Corporate Medical Affairs

You’ll provide clear and consistent medical and scientific input throughout the late-stage development and commercialization phases for all related products/services in the assigned therapeutic area.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management of all educational contents and materials related to the diagnostics products lines and associated disease states, related industry trends and publications.
  • Review and interpret data derived from clinical studies, registries, published literature, and translate the information to audiences with diverse backgrounds.
  • Lead the logistic and organizational aspects of medical affairs activities and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, CRO, KOLs.
  • Provide therapeutic area expertise and medical input into the formulation of the overall development and global commercialization strategy.
  • Ensure that the content of medical and commercial materials, including but not limited to medical symposia, formal congress presentations, and all marketing and sales materials are accurate, strategically focused and compliant.
  • Develop strategies on tactical execution for RWE, HEOR, Patient Advocacy.
  • Execute activities of major significance to the organization and serve as primary point of contact between institutions and MedEd/ClinComm.
  • Review and approve promotional materials; approve packaging materials, package inserts and product resume according to Fidia’s SOPs, policies and processes.
  • Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry, expert speakers, and well-known academicians who can provide technical and clinical insight with real-world applications.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Medicine.
  • Previous experience in the pharma industry will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of the drug development process.
  • Knowledge and full understanding of all the relevant international procedures and local rules and legislation.
  • Strength in research and interpretation of medical data.
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, proactive vision and teamwork.
